We started simple - with a broken phone, a Youtube video, and a determination to figure it out.

Like most people, I know how frustrating it is to crack your screen or watch your battery die at the worst possible moment. And I know how expensive it can feel to get it fixed - especially when the nearest Apple Store is over an hour away and the local shops want to charge you $150 just for a screen.

That’s exactly why I started The Williams Way.

I’m self-taught, Berrien County based, and built this business on one simple idea - you shouldn’t have to overpay or go out of your way to get your phone fixed. So I come to you. Your home, your job, wherever works best.

I’m also currently studying Information Technology- Networking at Lake Michigan College, now in my third semester. That education goes beyond phone repair- it gives me a deeper understanding of the technology inside your device, so I’m not just replacing parts, I’m thinking through the problem the right way.
